Very well equipped and large room. Western beds and Japanese futons. Bottled water with hot and cold dispenser. Two onsen areas, one with large pool and the other with smaller pools. Extensive buffet for breakfast and dinner. Nearby parking.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We have had a wonderful experience staying at a hidden gem north of Tokyo! the onsen resort exceeded our expectations with its calming atmosphere, beautifully equipped rooms and excellent service. It was great to have the option to choose between traditional Japanese futons or Western beds. to the hot springs, there was also a large swimming pool available for all guests. the abundance of delicious food and drink options for breakfast was a definite highlight. Surrounded by lush nature and next to a river, this resort is perfect for a relaxing break at a very affordable price.

The resort lacks modern amenities, such as electrical outlets conveniently located near the beds.

The rooms were spacious and had comfy beds. the location was great, close to the train station and with beautiful views of the river. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a good variety of options.

Our overall experience was not very pleasant. the hotel seemed quite outdated and in need of some renovations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped with both Western beds and Japanese futons. The hot and cold water dispensers were perfect, and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Additionally, there was a large onsen pool and several smaller ones. The men's and women's sections were separated and equipped equally. The extensive breakfast and dinner buffet was particularly impressive, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

For us, it was ideal.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the comfortable rooms with new furniture and flatscreen TVs. The location was also excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The best part was the relaxing onsen, which was the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The breakfast hall was often overcrowded, and there were long lines to get a table. some of the staff members seemed uninterested in helping guests.
